Model information:

1. Optimized low-poly assets for real-time usage. (from 600 to 3k tris )
2. 1K textures for the assets are included.
3. Optimized and clean UV mapping.
4. Compatible with Unreal Engine, Unity and similar engines.
5. All assets are included in a separate file as well, arranged easily.
