More model informationThe Cerro Gordo Mine was established in 1866 and produced large amounts of silver, lead, and zinc, finally closing in 1957. While much of the original mining town is gone, early buildings have been preserved. Thanks to the caretaker Robert for hosting us, teaching us about the history of Cerro Gordo, and allowing us to make this map with our despicable drone!
