The glacially carved mountains above Glarus, Switzerland reveal one of Earth’s great ancient faults - the Glarus Thrust (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glarus_thrust). I downloaded the 1966 geological map of Eduard Imhof (https://www.davidrumsey.com/luna/servlet/detail/RUMSEY~8~1~329900~90098519; georeferenced using the Georeferencer online platform) and draped it over SRTM topography visualized using multidirectional hillshade, slope, and a gamma stretch.
