Great little shop. Has an absolute pile of Lego to choose from. Jigsaws are also a very welcome addition. So many board games, my wife and I aren’t sure where to start. Overall very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Can’t be faulted. Wish the shop was bigger for more Lego sets!!!!

Brilliant shop! Has such a great variety of toys for all ages and I always enjoy browsing the new stock. The lady is so friendly and extremely helpful, I always end up staying for a chat with her! 10/10 customer service as always, thoroughly recommend.

Whilst on holiday in Bakewell we popped into the store, and the lady at the counter was ever so rude, I’m not sure if this is normal customer service in the town but it is very disrespectful. We left and you unfortunately lost a sale. Would not recommend, where have the manners gone in this county.

Lady at the front counter today/Wednesday looked at us very funny when we went in which put us off buying anything. Disgusting and we will not be coming back. I do not recommend.

Absolute awful behaviour from the large lady at the counter. Very rude!! And not very helpful. Not sure if she was having a bad day but put us off going back there. Unfortunately Do not recommend!!
