I went in to buy a laptop with zero knowledge of what I wanted/needed only a price point. Jocie (I think this was her name) was absolutely incredible. She helped talk me through all the technical terms and made it seem so simple. She had all the time in the world and it really made me feel comfortable and happy with my purchase.

It's a decent enough store with friendly staff but every time we go upstairs to the white good section we seem to have to hang around for ages until someone appears. We used this store to buy our washing Samsung machine and our Fridge freezer and I went there the other day as we need a tumble dryer and dishwasher and had to wait again. With multiple staff downstairs you think they'd cover the upstairs if the one staff member up there has to take a break. This isn't a critisims of the staff themselves more the staffing numbers

I went into this store this morning to purchase a tv. At no point did anyone ask if I needed any assistance. When I decided on my purchase I was looking for a member of staff but they were all walking around with their heads down or looking away as if to avoid any contact. I have spoken to a couple of people since and they said they have experienced the same thing. Not the customer service you expect when buying an expensive item

Ryan was fantastic at the Barnstaple branch. I came in quite late to get a new TV and nothing was too much trouble. Guided me well on which TV to choose. Very attentive, espeically for dealing with me coming in close to closing time. Very impressed, give Ryan a raise! Thank you!

A Big Thankyou to 70 Charles at the Repair Desk who valiantly tried to fix my Chromebook. When , after many patient attempts, ( and me nearly crying ) it became obvious that this was a laptop that had ceased to be ... a hopeless cause on a one way journey to the recycling centre... Charles, seeing my abject despair, sorted out a Very Good Deal on a new ..and much better Chromebook which will long outlive the last one. Many Thanks .. and a shout out to all the other staff in the Barnstaple store who were also super kind and friendly- Thankyou !

Terrible customer service. All staff just stand around, annoyed face expressions as if you bother them if you come to them or when they serve you. 4 staff standing around and sent me off to stand in line at customer service desk where there was only one member of staff serving someone for absolutely ages. 15 minutes later I asked him if there is anyone else and he shouted for a guy to come over -the same guy who originally sent me away and couldn’t be bothered to serve me himself. Also a lot of stock missing. Not a good store, will try to shop elsewhere.
