Stannp embodies everything a business needs to be, it puts the quality of the product and your requirements as a customer at the very top. We wanted letters go out to customers for prospecting and Stannp offered a good price and excellent quality within that price. Allan got in touch after my enquiry and become our account manager and he explained everything brilliantly. He was always available when we needed him to be and clearly his primary concern was to make us happy with the product above anything else. The qr scan code is amazing and gives you insight into your letters, rather than relying on blind hope. Allan personally saw to it that our design went through the system correctly and visited the printing department during the print of our 5000 letters and even caught a mistake for us before it was too late due to his diligence. What an amazing team. Thank you.

Had a terrible experience. Hired Stannp to send out several thousand campaign flyers. I emphasized it was critical the flyers had to arrive before election day. Submitted everything to Stannp months in advance. They sat on the package for weeks and weeks, not responding to my increasingly-worried emails, and only sent out the flyers after it was too late-- more than half of them arrived after the election was over. Embarrassing and inexplicable. Asked for half my money back and they ignored me.

Our multiple test addresses did not receive our marketing on the first three campaigns (each time). Causing concern as this likely means other addresses didn't receive them. Poor customer service received from Nico When expressing concern and lack of help, only wanting to pass the responsibility to Royal Mail. I wouldn't recommend as we have paid for a potential fraudulent service.

I used Stannp to print and post a marketing campaign, and had a problem with the proof, which I couldn't fix on my own. Danielle and Allan both helped me resolve my problem, and have given me a really positive experience by helping me so nicely, quickly and accurately. I've used Stannp several times over the last year to send out complex, deadline-sensitive mailings for a corporate client. Our account manager, Lorien, has always been extremely helpful and responsive. Despite the fact that our projects are low volume, we've received the kind of service that other printers might only deliver to much larger clients. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for your printing and mailing needs.
