Katie was incredible!!! She stepped in to help plan our wedding and set-up and we're so grateful! She was so helpful, full of amazing ideas, organised and kind. She really understood our vision and helped make our dream wedding come true. She made such a stressful time so much easier and we literally had the best day ever with her help! She knew the venue so well, went above and beyond to help us, and we can't recommend her highly enough!

Best Day Ever provided garden games for our family elopement at TreeTop Escape. They were a perfect addition and kept us all entertained. We also were able to use them the day ever which was a bonus! We had so much fun. Highly recommend, Thank you so much.

Katie did our venue décor and day of coordination for our wedding in June. Because of Katie we had our perfect day. She is so experienced and capable, she made me feel like I could put my trust in her and she did not disappoint. When I walked into the hall it took my breathe away, she had completely transformed the space, it was magical. On the day of the wedding I had no worries because I knew Katie had it all under control and it couldn't have been done better.

We really wouldn't have been able to have the most incredible wedding without Katie. From planning the day to running the show on the day, she was an absolute pleasure to work with. Everything went seamlessly all because Katie and her team were busy in the background making sure the day went exactly to plan. They arrived with beautiful decorations and an endlessly positive attitude through the whole weekend. Katie and the team ensured the walkthrough, ceremony, reception and clear up were carried out perfectly and we couldn't recommend her highly enough!

I had my whole wedding planned and organised and i thought having a wedding co ordinator was a waste of money but my now husband wanted me not to stress and recommended we just relax and use Katie and her team. He was right!! (please dont tell him) Katie listened and learned what i wanted. Her and her team stuck to my plan and organised everyone. She made my day perfect and without them it would not have been the same. I cannot thank Katie and the team enough. No matter how organised you are and how much planning, Katie is worth every penny. Katie is amazing! We had our wedding at Ash Barton in April and I can honestly say our wedding would not have run smoothly without Katie. She has a breadth of knowledge, from decor to wedding coordination. We were planning to run our day without any professional support at first and we are so glad we didn't, we did not have to worry about a thing the whole day. Thank you Katie!
