My husband had a painful shoulder whilst on holiday last week and after a google search found Hands On. A quick call and an appointment later the same day with Phil. We had never heard of Bowen Therapy and to be honest was a bit skeptical during the appointment. However, the following day my husband felt so much relief and was able to enjoy the rest of our holiday. Highly recommend this clinic

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I went to see Phil at Hands On Clinic for Bowen therapy after hobbling in with excruciating pain in my left knee. Walking was a real struggle, but after just three treatments I’m now completely pain free and back to walking over 10,000 steps a day! Phil is kind, patient, and genuinely caring. He takes time to listen and is clearly an expert in his field. I honestly can’t recommend him highly enough — the results speak for themselves.

I cannot thank Phil enough. After trying other treatments for my long ongoing sciatica and suffering a flare up that made it almost impossible to get out of bed I I didn't know what to do. Then I was told to go to Phil. It has taken a while. Over six months to get to where I am. Almost pain free. After every treatment I could feel an improvement. I will still go regularly to keep it in check. THANK YOU PHIL

I recently have had a couple of deep tissue/sports massages from Kim and can thoroughly recommend. She is an experienced masseuse with good technique and is very conscious of finding the right level of pressure to suit one's body. She has loosened up a very tight shoulder and some very hard calves in the two sessions I have had and will definitely be visiting again for some more general work.

I had a relaxation massage with Bonita who added a tiny bit of deep tissue techniques and cupping. She is kind, professional, and has over 20 years experience in the industry. Therefore she knows about the human body and the art of massaging in great depth allowing for a beautiful healing massage. The practice itself is in the heart of Braunton easily accessible with parking right out front. Highly recommend giving yourself a little love at Hands on Clinic. Love Lakshmi
