Ollie {Otis Creative} has brought my website wishes to life..! As a voluntary Secretary of a paid membership association, my time over the years has been poorly used thanks to piles of laborious paperwork, strings of emails and long winded spreadsheets and reconciliations… Somehow, Ollie managed to decipher and understand my wishes and using his excellent project management skills, he’s produced (and continues to effectively manage) a brilliant and very user friendly website for our Members to access and use At every step of the way through the ideas and design (and now live!) process Ollie has taken all the suggestions for tweaks and changes positively. Ollie manages every little addition, glitch and issue which sometimes crop up; always researching and exploring the most effective (and cost efficient) solutions… Working with Ollie is a real pleasure and he is a very experienced and excellent web designer looking after our ever evolving website. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him

Ollie started of as a customer of ours and in conversation suggested a website would be a great asset to the business. We gave him the content and let him work his creative magic. Ollie at Otis Creative has been great to work with. From the beginning of our project, to rebuild an existing website with new design and functionality, Ollie demonstrated genuine commitment to making it a success. Despite the hundreds of miles between Devon and Scotland it always felt like Ollie was there beside us and part of the team. Ollie was tenacious in his approach to finding solutions to make everything function as we wanted. It was great to work in a collaborative way to develop ideas, explore creative options and achieve a very successful outcome. Dune Design and Ollie's brief was to design an eye-catching commercial website that had a contemporary feel yet captured the essence of a grade 2 listed building designed to let for a discerning clientele. We were not disappointed. Colleton Hall, Devon stands out from the crowd! Ollie's creative and technical insight into what we wanted to achieve was met with creativity (even a logo), patience,dedication and empathy. We have had so many compliments from key stakeholders and guests alike on how easy the website is to navigate and communicate. Such compliments have borne fruit and have worked well in producing tangible results from the word go when we went live! We have engaged Dune Design for ongoing maintenance and additions on an ongoing annual contract as we were impressed with his highly personalised service and 'hands on' approach, nothing has been too much trouble and Ollie is an absolute pleasure to work with. We couldn't let him go once the website was live! A rare find amongst a minefield of companies purporting to offer a similar service.
