Great location. Very clean and great staff. Food beautifully presented but lacked flavour on occasion. Indoor and outdoor pools beautiful but thermosuite was to small and crowded. Good hotel but doesn’t match the prices asked.

This was our second visit here, for a special birthday. We had a spacious comfortable room with an amazing view along the beach.||All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff looked after us well, and my gluten free diet was well catered for in the restaurant.||The hotel is well placed for Saunton Sands beach where we swam, also for visits to nearby Croyde and Woolacombe. It was a showery September week, so we did get one thorough soaking on Saunton Sands but after a shower and swim in the heated pool it was great to retire to the lounge and watch the waves - lovely.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Perfect Family Getaway! We had a fantastic stay at Saunton Sands Hotel and can’t recommend it highly enough. The staff were absolutely wonderful—so friendly, helpful, and always happy to go the extra mile to make sure everyone was having a great time. The hotel is extremely family-friendly—we saw everyone from babies to boomers enjoying themselves, and it was clear that all ages were really well catered for. The facilities were excellent, with everything we needed for a relaxing and fun-filled stay. One of the highlights was the summer activities timetable—a brilliant mix of things to do, all well-organised, varied, and completely free. It made such a difference having so many great options to keep everyone entertained. We’ll definitely be back. A truly special place for a family holiday!

Such a lovely Hotel. Nothing to fault really. The staff were amazing, so professional and helpful.|Bar and restaurant very good, excellent service and great food.|Rooms were comfortable, ours had a sea view which was fab. |I would definitely recommend this hotel!

A wonderful Family retreat, with warmth and relaxation the priority for all ages. The restaurant is exceptional, the staff service is second to none and the kids' activites are life savers, and loved by the children, especially the Go Karting with Nathan.||We will be returing.

Really lovely location. Looks straight onto Saunton beach which I’m sure is why it’s so popular. But the actual hotel was underwhelming. Very expensive and the rooms are basic. Needs upgrading desperately. Spa facilities nice, but we were told yesterday that we couldn’t use them as it was too busy! Not what you want when you’ve paid £250 per night in October …

My daughter treated me to a massage for my birthday. An absolutely amazing experience, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Got a free upgrade to their top treatment room 😍😍 with the most mesmerising view of the beach. Hjghly recommend
