Stayed here last night for a short birthday weekend away. Got an incredible price for the stay which included a superb breakfast. We arrived before 12 and luckily enough our room was already available.|The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful with the free parking. |The room was large and comfortably big enough for myself, my wife and our children. |The crazy golf was brilliant and free, there were two buckets at the start with clubs and balls in and you just crack on!|The pool and fitness facilities were also superb and the lad in charge of the pool was extremely helpful. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was good and service excellent. Can’t recommend this place highly enough and it is a 5 minute walk from the world famous Croyde Bay Beach!

Friendly check-in and a lovely atmosphere. While the furniture is a bit dated, ground floor rooms with patios are great—especially south-facing ones for all-day sun. The family cottage was excellent, spacious, and perfect for kids to play safely with no cars on site. Handy luggage trolleys made arrival easy. We enjoyed walks to Baggy Point, the pool, beach, and fun extras like mini golf and table tennis—all equipment provided.||The only disappointment, especially given the price, was the hotel room cleaning—no bed made, no cleaning done, just fresh towels and tea/coffee left. That was very surprising. ||However we had a brilliant family holiday. Big shout out to the pool supervisors who were always so friendly and helpful.

Weekend for us in a dog friendly lodge. Check in and check out was efficient and the receptionists were very friendly 10/10. The gardens were exceptionally well kept and immaculate 10/10. We obviously stayed towards the end of season, the lodge bedding, towels, bathroom areas floors and kitchen surfaces were all clean. The dining room table was sticky however and needed a good wipe over and by the side of beds/underneath cleaned as when they were pulled out showed some cleanliness issues. I appreciate on every turnover beds will not be cleaned under , but dining room table should be wiped down after every stay. Unfortunately, we were not supplied with any cleaning products to clean the surface of the table ourselves . We struggled to use the main tv , not sure if the remote needed its battery replacing or if internet signal was lost because of wet weather. We didn't raise as an issue as we wished to enjoy our weekend, but in some areas noticed a drop in standards in cleanliness from previous stays.

Staff were friendly and helpful and allowed me to leave my car in the car park for a day, whilst I walked from Ilfracombe to Croyde. Facilities are very good for the reasonable price paid, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice to set you up for the day. Location behind the dunes is perfect if you want to spend time on the beach, and a short walk in to the village for pubs and shops. However, the hotel has a restaurant and bar on site and everything you need.

Excellent choice for our late summer holiday and the kids loved it with the all inclusive activities, beach access and lovely breakfast. The beach is rightly covered as one of the best in the world for surfing. Spotless, We will be back! Special shoutout to the staff, who were outstanding 👏. Rooms could do with some updating a few more choices at breakfast for cold beverages and nut based snacks, and maybe some more lunch options. The place is easy to access and parking is free. Overall rated is excellent.

Brilliant location very near the beach. Clean comfortable rooms. We booked a family room that could sleep four. Very affordable and lovely friendly service.

Perfect for a family holiday; suits 3 generations. Feels really safe to give the children some independence. Accommodation always spotless. Grounds are immaculate. Staff are pleasant and helpful when needed but atmosphere is very relaxed and safe. Highly recommended for a stress free break for all ages.

Nice location and good price. Facilities good and close to beach. Staff friendly and welcoming. Good parking. Some areas don't allow dogs including the beach in summer so takes awhile to find routes you're allowed on
