Brilliant service. I took a dead PS5 in to see what they could do before taking Sony up on a £250 replacement offer. Jake was great and had it fixed in under a week for £130 all in. He also said it had been serviced and guaranteed for 6 months. Very happy 😃. I would highly recommend Bude Computers to anyone with computer or game console problems.

Where to start, Jake in the Bude store is just the most lovely chap he knows most of the answer to my endless questions and when I do catch him out he has the answer in a few minutes. After suddenly having a problem with the laptop, this was looked at and confirmed that the motherboard had been damaged by fire. Jake took control of everything and advised us of the solutions available. We decided the best way forward was to purchase new and have the existing harddrive put across to new machine. Jake advised this would take a couple of hours and as promised, I received a phone call to confirm this was actioned. The whole process was made so easy with Jake's knowledge and patience.
