I popped into the Tesco Superstore in Calne to upgrade my mobile phone,as I am already with Tesco mobile which is a brilliant network.The mobile shop is situated in the main store at the back towards the left side.A man by the name of Matt who was a lovely chap helped with sorting it all out for me.I ended up leaving with a very good phone which I am very pleased with.Matt gave me an excellent service and was very knowledgeable about his job, setting everything up for me by transferring all the data from my old phone ext.I can highly recommend this place if you are thinking about changing to a new mobile phone.The customer service was brilliant.I am very happy.... cheers Matt you done a great job.Was this review helpful if so give it a thumbs up...👍

Harry’s attitude was not acceptable for someone working on the tills. Very rude and arrogant. Needs a proper talking to and needs reminding of the challenge 25 rules.

I visited this store to buy a towel as I forgot to bring one whilst I was travelling. It was quick, convenient and simple. I used the self check outs and the towels were easy to find in the home section of the store. There is fuel available here as well as Air/water refill, a vacuum and a jet wash service. All of which accept contactless or cash payments. The store is accessible by wheelchairs and if you ask staff on arrival they can provide a wheelchair if necessary to help get around the large store. The store was clean and tidy, easy to find with plenty of car parking space. This was very well laid out.

Pretty much everything you would expect to find in a supermarket, from animal feed to clothing. Also Costa coffee Self service checkouts cigarettes grab and go snacks.

Local store, very convenient, kind helpful staff, can buy almost any food items. Bit more expensive than big stores. Good parking and walking to shop. Well stocked throughout.

Shame this one good store seems to have lost its management. Total joke this morning. Virtually empty bakery (or stale yesterday stuff) empty shelves galore and where there was fresh stock, incredibly short use by dates. Sadly, its back to S for me. Tesco you had your chance. UPDATE: Watch the Clubcard promotions. One today was TWO DAYS out of date despite being displayed prominently in TWO places in the store. Tesco HQ not the slightest bit interested either!
