Most excellent soft play, reasonably priced and very relaxed and comfortable for parents, soft play is very good for the kids, its a good way to burn the energy well!

I really liked that there is an under 3’s section for smaller children which has a slide and a ball pit and lots to keep them entertained, rather than just catering for non-mobile babies in the younger children’s section like most soft plays do. Also really reasonably priced for 3 hours of play. We didn’t have any food or drink so can’t comment on that. But the set up of the tables and chairs was well placed to be able to see your child and for them to be able to see you. We’ll definitely be going back.

3 stars. It’s an improvement over the magic castle, but there are several things they could do to make it better. The play frame has been cleaned up and redone, but nothing has been added. Same slides and levels as when it was the magic castle. The pirate ship is dead space. It’s got chairs and tables set up for a party and when we were there it was roped off. Big disappointment. There aren’t enough chairs and tables, but more could be added easily. There’s a lot of dead space by the entrance, they need to add something extra or I won’t be back. In their favour, the cafe has been moved and cleaned up and is much brighter and friendlier looking. The whole place is CLEAN, thank goodness! And they don’t charge for adults to get in which is nice. However, in terms of things for the children to do, no change from when it was the magic castle.

Nice fun place for a kids birthday party. Place is very clean. Staff are friendly and always cleaning tables etc… Parking is in a connected multi-story called the Atrium. Everything seems reasonably priced.

It's a very clean and well kept soft play. One of the better ones in the area. Plenty of different obstacles and activities. They just recently replenished their ball pit which is nice. Plenty of seating and great for parties.

EVERY member of staff was working really hard, smiling whenever approached by a customer, polite and clear. A very clean soft play.

Really busy, but felt even busier as it's tightly packed in. Preferred Farnham version. Felt a little tired inside. But was safe and son had fun

Quite a good place to go to for the kids, they loved it here, very clean too, staff are good, drinks etc there 👍
