Popped in today to get a new lens put over my camera on my phone, it was done there and then for me. I knew I would need to wait of course but it was still done super quickly and everything was explained to me in detail and the process of how it was being done. Jibran is so nice and honest and he does not overcharge or give poor service like other places do!

Fantastic service, I thought my screen was cracked but advised it was only the screen saver,promptly replaced for me,could have easily said it need new screen, very honest, very polite and informative, highly recommend.

My phone was repaired by Gordon from ISquad, he charge me over £200 for a new screen but he had left the film over my camera, so I was unable to use it. Gordon told me he would be back to fix it, made lots of appointments & times, he never showed, didn't even call to let me know. Gordon refused to answer calls & messages, but he was happy to take my money! I was sceptical with taking my phone to another person to repair, but reading these reviews for Tech Kingdom, I thought I'd pop in & see. The gentleman there, is just that! He repaired my phone within an hour, made sure everything was working ok before leaving his shop. He was extremely polite & informative. Great service & I highly recommend!! Thank you 😊

Great customer service. Such polite and knowledgeable advice. Will use again and highly recommend. First time I visited, was told how to try and save money by resolving the problem before having anything replaced. Part ultimately replaced on second visit and works much better now. Pricing cheaper than other shops.

Poor customer care , tech kingdom sold me an I Mac in June 2024 assumed me it was 2021 model M1 chip. To later discover it was a 2015 model with a IOS 12 version software ( that is unless for all the apps on the device) as you need a IOS 13 version software. Tech kingdom also charged me £1390 for the device when a 2015 model retails on line at £590, so I was £800 down be they assumed me it was 2021 m1 model. they also charged me £170 to install windows user platform on 2 users on the PC when I later discovered you can subscribe to windows for half of the price. I presented all of these facts to tech kingdom and flat out denied and lied about all Of this. And then blamed me for wanting to return a item which I did not ask for ? once again poor customer care , very disappointed and not a place I would recommend going.

Had problems with Galaxy S21 charging port, the gentleman fixed it in 30 mins, agreed on the phone about the duration and price. All done lovely, great service and totally can recommend - top notch service ✌️

I popped in today to get the screen repaired on my daughters iphone X. The guy was very friendly, polite, he did the job in half an hour and the price was good, the phone is now working perfectly. I'm very happy and I will use this shop again for any phone issues my family have. (Update) I've used this shop a few times now, still highly reccomend the place, the owner is very friendly, polite and very good at fixing phones.

Genuinely thought my phone was at the end of its life before bringing it in for a second opinion. Got some advice, left it with the brilliantly friendly staff and, 20 minutes later, my phone was back with no more issues. Superb customer service. Thank you!
