I wasn't planning to replace my boiler until the spring, but that changed when (about a month later) it suddenly sprang a leak and needing replacing asap. I'd already been quoted by Andy for the job, but while it initially looked as it was unlikely to be done before January, a cancellation opportunity appeared in mid-December. Dan and Tyler were prompt, hard-working and very pleasant guys to have around, but above all, the quality of their work was first-class. Everything was clearly explained, fulfilled on time and delivered as per the original quote. Hands down the most professional plumbing outfit in the area. I was let down by CP Jefferies and others before calling on Andy & his company. From the moment I spoke to Caroline who scheduled a first appointment the process was seamless. I only wish I'd known about them first. Dan, Dan, & Tim who installed the new boiler were exceptional. First class quality of work, extremely professional, and great guys. I can not fault the entire DW Dunn team.

Dean turned up and fitted a water softener under the sink, to do this he had to move every pipe and wast pipe under the sink, he worked hard and made a first class job, so much better than it was before, all the pipes straight and left enough room to get to all the parts that may need to be turned off or maintained. Very friendly and efficient what a great job, thanks dean and DW Dunn for a fantastic experience, will always use you guys in the future

We had our enquiry dealt with quickly and efficiently leading to a fitment of a water softener. Response time was very good, every detail explained well and it was fitted within a short time frame. The fitters were very polite and cleaned up after themselves well. Communication on every level was very good. We would not hesitate to recommend Andy and his company.

Totally brilliant company. Having moved into an old cottage we needed to replace our oil boiler. Andy from Dunns came up with a brilliant plan that involved moving the boiler from inside the house to a store room outside. The install team, Dan, Dan, Tyler and spark Billy did a fantastic job. They tweaked the original plan on site to make it even better and showed great sensitivity to our 150 year old home in moving pipe work . The team were friendly, helpful clean and tidy and a pleasure to have around the house for two days. I cannot recommend DW Dunns highly enough.
