Dude, I HATE doing this… Shambolic experience with this company. I made a pre-order purchase for a pair of trainers in April 2023. I’m writing this on 15/12 with no sign of my product, the refund I’ve requested several times or a representative of the company who cares one bit about my issue. They had supply chain issues which meant they couldn’t fulfil the pre-orders on time, which is fair enough. They use a company in Portugal and I get how these things can happen. Absolutely no excuse for how absent they’ve been in processing or handling my issue since. Beyond a joke. £118 they’ve robbed off me. Wonder how many others have had similar issues.
