I started at ACT because my son and my brother train here. My 6 year old son absolutely loves BJJ and Junior the professor. I have been here for 4 months now and competed in my first competition this weekend gone. What an experience! I would have not have even dreamed of overcoming such a challenge without the help and support of Junior and the team. Great people here. So supportive and helpful. Real family vibes and an awesome atmosphere. If you're thinking of joining... go for it!!!

By far the best Jiu Jitsu gym in the uk , I’ve learned so many new things like physical combat experience and mental strength as well , I think everyone should do jiu jitsu here as it can improve many things or even make you a whole new person . I’m still undefeated this year and have had many many big accomplishments ( became British champion etc) . I am very proud to say I am one of the many students training here , the people here are friendly and welcoming , the coaches are lovely people and can teach you a lot , after my first session I knew BJJ was for me and I haven’t looked back since .

I have been training here for 6-7 months, it has been some of the most great times of my life and i am glad that i have joined this gym. some times have been challenging mostly when i first started i off i didn’t know what i was doing but i soon quickly picked up on everything and i got my first stripe within 6 months i felt like i have actually achieved something important, the coach (junior) is very friendly and honest.

My son has been training at ACTJJ for a while now, and I couldn’t be more pleased with his progress! The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and really make an effort to connect with each student. The environment is friendly and encouraging, which has helped him build confidence both on and off the mat. He looks forward to every class and has learned so much in a short amount of time. I highly recommend ACTJJ for anyone looking to get their child into Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu!

I’ve trained a total of 5 weeks so far at Junior’s gym. There is nothing bad to say about this place. Everyone is very friendly and helpful , there’s no egos , and Junior is a great coach and mentor. The coaching is world class and I’ve learned so much , even in the short time I’ve been training. I can’t wait to keep training and see how far I can go. Anyone wanting to join , go for it. 100% worth it.

I have been attending jiu-jitsu classes at ACTJJ for some time now, and I am truly satisfied with my experience. The coaches are not only professional and knowledgeable but also passionate, which creates a great atmosphere during training sessions. What I appreciate the most is the individual approach to each participant. Regardless of skill level, everyone can find something suitable here. The training sessions are well-organized, and the techniques are thoroughly explained, allowing for continuous skill development. My son joined at the end of last year and hasn't looked back! What he has achieved so far could not have been done without Junior and the other students. Great gym, people, music and, in Junior not only do they have a great instructor but a great person.
