I purchased an oven at Corby Currys today. The staff were really helpful and polite. I was offered assistance by a pleasant young lady. She was able to give me advise and support when deciding which model to choose. At the checkout, Gareth went above and beyond my expectations. He helped me to obtain a 'Bluelight' discount voucher from my app, as I hadn't done that before. He also gave us some helpful techy advise on a completely unrelated question. At the end of our visit, we were assisted to our vehicle with the oven by a pleasant young man, who wished us a good weekend. What a fantastic service. Thank you so much.

Great service from staff who really know their products. Had to purchase a new integrated fridge freezer after the condenser broke beyond repair on my current one. A member of staff managed to help me find and purchase a new Kenwood one that would fit the current specs required for a new integrated system. They made the process quick and straightforward. They will also install the new one and remove the old one too. Fantastic service all round.

Decided it was time to get rid of the hifi and buy a soundbar and thought I'd pop into currys see and hear exactly what I wanted. Went in and a young lad asked if he could help, took me to them , I asked if I could hear the one I was interested and he went to ask his boss, he came back to say they don't put them on but it was powered up blue light on it. Needles to say I walked out and went to argos out of spite and bought the one I was looking at in currys. They are about as much use as breasts on a bull. Won't spend another second of my life in a currys shop , total waste of my time.

Washing Machine Woes: A Review of Currys I am writing to express my significant disappointment with a washing machine purchased from Currys approximately 4-5 months ago. Shortly after purchase, the machine began causing small holes in my clothes. Upon contacting the store, an engineer visit was arranged. Unfortunately, this visit proved unhelpful. The engineer simply advised me to use a lower spin speed, which did not resolve the issue. Left with no solution from Currys , I did directly contact Haier, the manufacturer of the appliance. Their support team was far more thorough and diagnosed the problem as a faulty drum. The drum has since been replaced by the manufacturer. While I appreciate the manufacturer's eventual resolution, the initial service from currys was severely lacking. Best option for next time purchase straight from the manufacturer.

Needed to buy a chest freezer straight away , went in and spoke to the most charismatic and charming lady that was able to supply me with exactly what I needed , I was given the option of delivery altho I live a fair way from the shop , I collected it the next day with no problem what so ever , the item was was also cheaper than other places I had looked which makes a big difference in today's market , great sales service, staff at Corby shop are very helpful and pleasant 10 out of 10 ,

Bought a cooker found it had a fault took it back and exchanged it not a problem staff very helpful. And friendly. Always great service from the team in Corby

Went to buy tv. Five people, shop staff standing around the table and chilling - discussing what they will doing at summer time, and 0 attention.After 20 min, wait, i ask if anyone can help. Definitely not recommend Corby Curry's
