I had the pleasure of catching up with the team at Waterworks while at the cleaning expo today. It was fantastic to see their latest systems and the incredible new features they’ve introduced. Waterworks has supplied window cleaning systems for three of our vans, and these pieces of equipment have been game-changers—truly indispensable to our daily operations. It was great chatting with Jordan and Sam about the new developments they’ve been working on. Their insight into the updates and innovations was impressive, and it’s clear they’re continuously striving to improve and provide top-tier solutions. I recently purchased a Power-Up electric reel from Waterworks Window Cleaning and had a couple of issues - both of which were resolved instantly and without any hassle. I genuinely cannot believe the level of customer service. It is absolutely second to none. In a world where poor service is becoming the norm, Waterworks stands out as the best I’ve ever come across. Because of this, I won’t be buying reels from anywhere else as long as this company is still operating.

I would like to show my absolute appreciation for the very helpful staff at waterworks. They went out of their way to fix my machine and it's been working perfect ever since. People you can buy with confidence. These guys are good people. Excellent!

Sam and the team are absolutely awesome, proper helpful and clear instructions. Treated my case with urgency, fixed my problem with my hose reel and I was back on the road within half hour. Brilliant 👍🏽

The electric reels are fantastic, had 2 reels for years now and the design is the best on the market. But can't say enough about the service from these guys. Sam was brilliant when I had to change a belt for the first time since I bought it, almost 3.5 years ago. Offered for me to pop in and he sorted everything and basically serviced the reel for me at no charge. Just ordered a 3rd reel 👍

I have just used my new electric reel, and i love it! I worked more efficiently and, unlike my manual reel, it didn’t overspool when pulling out the hose, and I came home less tired than normal. I have the new chain driven one, a friend has the old belt one. The motor on mine seemed a little slower, which may sound like a complaint but it certainly isn’t, his belt driven one is a bit of an animal! It arrived quickly and was fairly easy to install, it took approx 30mins to wire up and fit using the hose from my existing reel. Anyone needing a manual reel? I have one for sale, good condition, one owner from new with a full service history…
