Odered an OWC 1M2 on Tuesday, for my new MAC studio setup and it arrived today (Thursday) . . . however, it was delivered to our "local" DPD pickup point which is about 8 miles away not our business address AND they are not my favourite people (miserable post office mentality and the owners are into hunting around our village, not there own) it would have been nice to have known that this was the process . . . but no drama in the scheme of life - thanks for your help - you still get 5 stars from me and I will be back for some more goodies, soon enough!

Paid for next day delivery and despite not getting my tracking number till the day of delivery, product was delivered next day. Sealed in box replacement case for earphones having lost my previous case. Product seems brand new and functioning (power light comes on) though I need to test my earphones charging in them once home. But for first time experience with this company no complaints so far. I will keep updated on the product quality.

I was about to order a Pixel 9A But unfortunately, instead of being the retail price £499 It seems to be sitting at the price of £393 - But it is not clear on the website whether it’s new or refurbished or used. I find the same discrepancy with the Pixel 9 Pro where they retails for £999 - but on this website, it’s £635. Look at other reviews based on getting the wrong part or it’s not as expected on Google And the phrase too good to be true comes Into effect. I would also not trust the Trust pilot reviews Because they can be removed if the company don’t like them it is not a very good metric for reliable anymore Google reviews Is because they do not delete reviews when the company request it. Finally take a look at how they’ve responded to negative reviews and the underlying sarcastic tone may have used, I have not even ordered a product yet, but I can see if I order something there WILL be something wrong with it for that price.

Deeply Disappointing & Threatening Customer Service My experience with Ballicom was profoundly disappointing, primarily due to the appalling customer service I received from a representative named Josh. Josh displayed a completely unprofessional and threatening attitude during our interaction. Instead of resolving the issue caused by their team, his demeanor was hostile and intimidating. Feeling threatened by a customer service agent is completely unacceptable and reflects terribly on Ballicom. This interaction has severely damaged my trust in your company. I expected basic competence and courtesy; instead, I encountered hostility. I strongly advise others to be wary of Ballicom's customer support. Avoid if you value respectful service.

I ordered a CPU for 7 day delivery, my payment went through no issues order successful. I wait a week and then get an update that my billing address is incorrect… on the 7th day? Right before it’s supposed to arrive? First off, they shouldn’t allow the payment to go through in the first place if the billing information is incorrect. Second, a 10 year old could resolve this issue. I responded to their email within 6 minutes of them sending asking for updated billing information… the next day they email saying they have cancelled my order, probably without even trying the updated billing address. This feels like such an avoidable problem, and they didn’t communicate at all throughout the ordeal. Now instead of me getting a CPU in 7 days, I have to wait for them to cancel the payment, and release my funds that they are holding hostage, before I can order another CPU. This entire issue, which is caused by improper website functionality and a monkey behind a desk processing the order, has delayed my plans by up to a month. Very unprofessional company, poor all round. Will avoid the name balicom forever. absolute con artists. Edit: updated information not incorrect - if it was than the original information was correct. customer service have no idea of the consequences of a failed sla cancellation that hostages money, pair that with waiting for pending to fall off and ordering a new part from an ultimate supplier that can take up to a month - don’t accept the charge if you cannot fulfill, I literally have timestamps on the email: 15:03 - 15:09. Liars aswell as incompetent.

First time ordering and can't fault them. Normally stick to the more commonly used companies for electronics but their price was by far the cheapest so thought I'd give it a go. Questions answered promptly before ordering, goods arrived quicker than expected and exactly as described - correct model, new, sealed box and working fine so far. The outer packaging was a bit torn but I suspect this was from the carrier.

I ordered camera that didn't have a lens. Nothing in the description that said 'body only', however the delivery note said 'no lens'. I returned it and was charged a 30% restock fee on a £1400 product. There is no mention of a restock fee in the terms and conditions. I've had to start small claims court proceedings. Criminal behaviour. AVOID.

Beware of extortionate returns policy. 15% 'restocking fee' for an item of £271 brought in error. Including postage thats a loss of over £50. hardly an enlightened returns policy. The result is i would rather pay more and use Amazon. If this policy wasnt in place and that money was refunded in full (minus postage) I would be ordering again with good will towards the company, instead i'm selling the item privately and will never use them again.
