We had an excellent experience with Mr. Sebastian while getting our laptop repaired. Despite its age and noticeably slow performance, he restored it quickly and efficiently. Mr Sebastian is kind and attentive and his service was excellent. After having tried another computer repair service in which I was told to come back another day to find my computer still not fixed, Sebastian immediately saw to me, got to work and replaced the suspect component, and I walked away with my laptop repaired (and dusted!) within some 30 minutes! I am very happy and will be returning should I ever need further care for my IT!

Spilt my drink over my laptop and feared the worst and of course it was on a Sunday when everywhere was closed! So, I took the back off, gently soaked up any liquid I could see with tissue, and propped the laptop upside down to let the rest drain, with a fan on it to help it dry (just putting that advice out there in case anyone does the same thing - Sebastian said that was the right thing to do). Then I called Care 4 IT and he took it first thing Monday. The sugar in the drink had done some damage but he was able to replace the damaged parts, repair the laptop, and keep all data - so I was elated! Thank you Sebastian for a great service, highly recommended.

I want to share my true story: for more than five years, I have been searching for someone who could guide me on how to restore and recover valuable data from my two hard drives (HDDs). Finally, at this shop, I was able to recover 99% of my data. Unfortunately, the first HDD could not be restored due to my mistake; I had taken it to another shop in the past, which I believe that they damaged the hardware inside the drive.Care4IT honestly informed me that it could not be restored because it's already broken. In contrast, as for the second HDD, I had tried various paid apps and tools, such as Recuva, but all the photos and files were corrupted and invalid. Fortunately, Care4IT managed to resolve this issue in less than three days. I am incredibly grateful for their help in recovering my precious memories from when I was a child. Thank God for guiding me to this shop. The staff member, Sebastian, was very kind and honest about all the procedures and kept me informed throughout the process. I truly appreciate his assistance and am grateful for all my data being in safe hands.
