Brian and his team hired my marketing company to develop brand assets, messaging and a deck. After the deliverables were submitted they filed a claim with QuickBooks to have the money refunded. They claimed they didn’t have the funds to pay our company “yet”. It’s been over six months, and while they still use our assets to find investors they no longer respond to our emails. This is fraud, theft and really awful human behavior. Avoid this company as they are all thieves.

Still hopeful for the team at Vocodia to come out with a magnificent AI conversation system that does better than what I see in ads nowadays. When an A.I. says live(as in living), instead of li(e)ve on air, I facepalm hard 🤦🏽

Based on my experience, this company will soon offer the best Conversation AI out there. The team is working very hard to get it right and not simply produce a product that is like every other so-called AI/VoiceBot firm out there. I am eager to see these efforts take-off and gain a lot of traction in this industry.

While I cannot confirm the efficacy of their product, I strongly advise against investing in this company, as it appears to be engaged in fraudulent activities with their stock. The company's stock has plummeted by over 90% in less than two months since its initial public offering (IPO), indicating significant instability and potentially deceptive practices within the organization. Hopefully SEC would investigate what happened there

The company got many challenges, as an investor i really appreciate the fact the the company didn't reverse split, lot of work behind, one day will back to 1+ for sure, thank you teams don't give up

Extremely disappointed with the experience as an investor in this company. Despite going public through an IPO less than two months ago, the stock has nosedived by over 90%. The lack of communication from the company with its investors is appalling. Perhaps management will take heed of investor feedback through Google reviews. I wish it had ZERO stars review. One star is too much for them.

The most shame IPO in CBOE history----Vocodia Brian is a scam!!! Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally request an investigation into potential securities fraud and conspiracy involving Vocodia Holdings Corp. and its founder, Brian , in collusion with the underwriter, Alexander Capital. Vocodia’s founder, Brian/James, has made multiple false and misleading statements aimed at deceiving investors, which we believe constitute fraudulent practices under federal securities laws. These deceptive statements have created a false image of Vocodia’s financial health and future prospects, encouraging investors to purchase shares under false pretenses. In addition, Vocodia has been engaged in the systematic exercise of “cashless warrants” to dilute the company’s shares. This practice has resulted in considerable financial gain for insiders, including individuals such as Brian Podolak, who appears to be benefiting from the dilution at the expense of ordinary shareholders. This raises serious concerns regarding the integrity of Vocodia’s management and its intentions toward investors. We have reason to believe that Alexander Capital, the underwriter for Vocodia, may be complicit in these activities, and that there could be a conspiracy between Vocodia’s management and Alexander Capital to defraud investors. Given the severity of these allegations and the potential harm to investors, I urge the SEC and FBI to launch an immediate investigation into Vocodia, its founder James, and the underwriter, Alexander Capital.
