You MUST weigh before checking in, they need that. Along with truck & trailer plate #’s. Make sure your chute is in shape, they will inspect it before loading you.

Drivers this place isn't bad. Just watch for the signs that read BC Systems, they have arrows pointing to turn left or stay straight. When you're coming in from Hwy 95, you'll turn at the Chevron gas station. If the Chevron is on your left hand side while you're on Hwy 95, then make a left hand turn at the light. Go 3 miles down. Along the way you'll see the BC Systems signs saying go straight. At 3 miles you will turn left onto E County 6th st. There will be anothe BC sign with an arrow if saying turn left there. Arrow on the sign is quite faded. Just follow that road, stay to the left at the curve. FreshExpress/Bruce Church will be right down the road. Check in is on your left hand side. There signs all over. Says Cooler #2 driver check in, in red. Can't miss it. Good amount of parking here. Not sure if it's overnight friendly though. After check in, they have you go to the wash out area by cooler #1. Dock 8 is where I went. They wash out the trailer and inspect the chute. If you have never picked up for Fresh Express, they are very very picky on chutes. The tiniest issue, they will reject your trailer. If you got one you're questioning, fix it before getting here to save the headache. People are nice here. Process is very easy. There is a scale on site. Usually Fresh Express will want your numbers so be sure to write down your weights by axle. Overall a very easy pick up. I never mind pulling for this company. Most of the time the freight is on the heavier side, 35,000lbs+

Truck entrance is on E county 6th St. If u follow the gps it will take u to a no truck entrance. truck entrance is a bit tricky. They check trailer before loading. Will b a good bet to keep it clean. They have bit staging area and over nite parking and scale on site. Lots of room for backing. Friendly people. In n out in three hours 👍

Worst shipper I've ever been to. Going on 10 hours waiting still not at a door. Avoid this place at all costs.

The lady assigning for door over the phone was very rude. She doesn’t care about driver “not my problem”, perhaps she must have had a bad day and throw on driver.

nonsense people work her tooo long waiting here i was coming 10 am in the morning nd checkout was 9:40 pm at night time worth place to come here

very bad people working here too much waiting here for get load. and too long wait for paper work i don't come back over here.
