Friendly and helpful service from all of the team, nice to see familiar faces from the old store. New location looks great with the new design. The stock range has increased with lots of new merchandise and other gaming related items to see.

Truthfully I think these stores are a dated over priced example of retail. They fail at the experiential. They miss the value proposition and ultimately feel a little out of touch for me. I'm a long standing gamer and speak from my personal experience. From a store point of view the layout is good but crowded. The place is relatively tidy and clean and the staff helpful. It's as good an example as you will find in a small town.

This was my first time using Games reservation online service. I reserved 2 games (both Ltd Editions) but when I went to collect them in store apparently neither were available. After a long debate I got 1 of the games I had reserved (the staff member acted like he was doing me a favour) The other game I had to go without and get the standard version. What am I complaining about? Gamers would understand that sometimes you just want the Limited Editions of your favourite games/game series. If I have reserved it, I expect to get it. I'd still shop here as I'm an elite member and get money back on my purchases, but that's about the only reason why. Staff usually excellent, but not today.

I bought three pairs of headphones in store, all worked fine but after 10 minutes mine had stopped working. The next day I returned to the store with the item and receipt and was fobbed off by the staff and was told it was settings on my xbox. I tried to explain they had suddenly stopped working for no reason, no settings had been changed, the staff member started blaming everything else but would not accept the product is faulty. Please visit another game store where the staff are customer focused and won't ignore your consumer rights. I have purchased another set of headphones and they work fine so it's certainly the product at fault and not my xbox settings.

I visited this store to buy head phones for my grandson for his birthday. They were a replacement for some that he had but we're broken. The man in the shop was very helpful. Well worth a visit.

Everyone is very polite, willing to help with your needs and hand out great advice. I also liked the fact that you could have a proper conversation about games eg what's good/ what's not in particular there employee Aaron a very well mannered and thoughtful worker.

Pretty standard for a GAME however i feel there was a lack of stock in terms of keyboards and mouses Was still a pleasant trip to there cashier made the effort to ask if i had a rewards card unlike other ones at times
