We have been working with Lightflows for almost a year now, and from day one they have provided an exceptional service. During the briefing stage, their team made a real effort to fully understand our requirements and put together a very thorough proposal for our new website-build project, with in-depth detail about how they could meet every single one of our needs. The pricing was also very competitive and the proposed tech stack was suitable for our budget without sacrificing on quality. When the build project itself began, the Lightflows team provided regular updates on the progress and met all the agreed timescales without any delays. They were also very willing to listen to our feedback and make any necessary changes or improvements throughout the process. We were delighted to launch our new website on time, and both our internal team and our customers were extremely pleased with the result! The website itself is fantastic from both the front and back-end perspectives, and very easy for us to use and edit without any coding as we had requested. The go-live went very smoothly and there were no complications post-launch either. We are continuing to work with Lightflows on an ongoing basis and would highly recommend them for any website build project and/or ongoing support services. As well as doing an amazing job on the initial build project, they have been super flexible with accommodating our ad-hoc requests post-launch and very quick to respond to our questions and support tickets. As a marketing team with limited web development knowledge, we really like that they are down-to-earth people with a passion for what they do, and do not confuse us with technical jargon, but are able to explain things clearly and in a way we can understand! I first met with Matt and his team over a year ago when planning a new website to support a business project.
