Rented two bikes for a brand activation- everything, from swift communication, to delivery of bikes, stock provided for the event (lovely fresh fruit, plenty of ice, litres of water and much more!) and team’s massive help (Joe was GREAT) was excellent. Massive thank you to Novel Events for their help with the pedal-to-power bike challenge at an activation zone during a charity event. Joe who attended to man the station was so friendly and well received by customers. Jason who I dealt with to get costs, book the bike, and arrange transport etc was brilliant. We hired the Surf Simulator for our work Summer Conference and it was a big hit! Everyone absolutely loved it and had such a fun (and competitive) time. Delivery was on time, the attendant was great, and they were able to accommodate the booking last-minute with some extras on top.

What a great company and great Team. Jason was brilliant from the initial enquiry all the way through to the actual event day. No question was ever too much trouble. As for the day and the activities themselves - they were absolutely perfect. The team deployed to set up, run and dismantle everything were absolutely brilliant and faultless. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed all the activities from the human table football, to the pit stop challenge through to the garden games and stocks and sponges. I cannot recommend this business enough. Do the event and do it with Novel.

We hired Novel Events for our Wild West party and they were fantastic! Jason and his team was professional, friendly, and made sure our guests were well taken care of, even helping everyone get on the bull safely. Our guests had a great time, highly recommend!

Novel events are a fantastic company. They supplied us with a Batak machine for the Welsh Fitness Expo. Delivery & collection ran smoothly with no delays. I highly recommend a Batak machine if you do any kind of social events. Our stand/booth was busy for the 2 days we had it.
