I visited Currys PC World in Cheetham Hill to replace an item under warranty, and the whole process was incredibly smooth. Amna gave me excellent customer service – polite, professional, and very helpful throughout. The store itself is spacious, well laid out, and easy to navigate. There’s a wide range of electronics and household products on display, with plenty of choice for different budgets. It’s clean, well-organised, and the staff are approachable if you need guidance. Overall, a really positive experience that left me happy and impressed with Currys.

I waited over 30 minutes to get assistance while trying to buy a gaming headset, but no one even acknowledged me. Several employees walked by without offering help. I was ready to make a purchase, but the lack of attention made the experience really disappointing. Better customer awareness and quicker service would make a big difference.

Would like to thank Waseem for all his help today. He helped me and my mum pick out a suitable laptop for university. He was honest and very kind. Thanks a lot Waseem

I would like to gave no star at all because when I bought fridge they charge me for delivery and said they bring it inside house but when they arrive they refuse to bring it in and when I back to shop they refuse to refund the money not happy at all with them I feel they do anything just to sell and take commotion

Tried to get the attention of 2 staff members to ask about a product Yvonne and Abul however, they were busy talking to each and told me to wait until they have finished their conversation. Then said there was a system error they need to resolve first before they can point a customer out to the right direction regarding stock. Needs to be retrained in customer service, it’s already an extremely quiet store and the staff members are not helpful whatsoever. Avoid this place

I went there to get an update on my repairs and waited for 25 minutes for somone to jump on repairs counter. All workers walking around, one told me there is only one person in the whole store can do returns. First I tried to approcach Iwona and she saw me and walked off to fix a printer (very rude). On the way back, I tried to talk to her but was interupted an Iwona said he knows you are waiting. Now this store boss WASEEM approaches me saying he saw me and came to ask when I know he has seen me stood before as well ans completely ignored. When I showed my annoyance, he said if i wanted to wait any longer (sounded like a threat). He was very cocky, felt like putting him in place but let it go. I would recommend everyone to go to some other store or any other retail store online.
