The team at Spectre are simply amazing, their product works really well and with a relatively easy set up. The whole process from start to finish is seamless from the initial contact we had with Josh taking the time to explain the product and show some real life examples, on how it works to our key account manager Jessica. Jessica has guided us through from the start of the onboarding process and is still in regular contact with both myself and my team to ensure that we are obtaining the most out of the system. Jessica along with the Spectre software are like extra employees in the business that we don't have to pay a salary too.

Street have been excellent from the beginning, offering a seamless onboarding process with Slack board to guide us step by step and online chat so that our onboarding point of contact can answer any questions. The system is already very good, it does need further development for lettings (which they are very honest about), but the team are responsive and understanding when it comes to development. All of the team are excellent, but Elliot really stands out as someone who goes the extra mile and really understands how the development of the system can affect the end user and their business. I hear utterances of 'Oh fantastic, I've got Elliot' when any of my team reach out for support because they know he will help in real time and feed through to development for long-term solutions.

Jessica Greenbank has been our account manager for the last 12 months or so and we have been really impressed by her professionalism and helpful nature. It seems to me that she takes pride in seeing us succeed and she is always thinking of ways we can improve.

George was a great help with the training and setup. Everything was explained in a clear way and time was always made to answer any queries we had. He took a real interest in what our own personal aims were and ideas we had and then helped to implement them.
