We’ve been using Techman for our garage management, and it’s made a huge difference to how we run our business. We started using Techman in March this year as part of expanding to a larger site, and it’s been a game-changer for our garage management. Being able to send emails, statements, and estimates directly from within the software (without drafting a separate email) has saved a huge amount of time. The integrated digital check sheets, which we can email straight to customers, have also made our process far more professional and efficient. Since switching, our workflow, communication, and overall customer service have improved dramatically. It’s even reduced the number of in-person interruptions from our technicians needing updates, which has helped the office team stay focused and productive. Cannot recommend TechMan enough! Wonderful company, with fantastic helpful staff. Any query, you can directly call through and speak to someone without waiting. The staff are always so helpful, and the issues are always resolved quickly and correctly. TechMan also always seem extremely willing to adapt the system to suit our business needs - for example, we required a document to send customers requesting Purchase Order Numbers prior to sending invoices, and within 24hours this was created for us. 5 stars!

We have only been with the TechMan Garage Management System for a short time but have found the transition, with the help of the team, very pleasant and easy.
