We bought an Enchanted house mattress some years ago it was the best mattress we'd ever owned for comfort and quality. However we downsized to a bungalow and our king-size bed was too big for the bedroom, with all the expense incurred with a move we bought a different make...Big mistake..we've suffered aching joints, back ache and uncomfortable nights...Until hurrah last week we had our Enchanted house Chagford mattress delivered...BLISS.. thank you Enchanted house, you've made us a happy couple again 😊

I’m writing this review while literally watching the clock, counting down the minutes until I can climb back into my Enchanted House Dartmoor mattress. After weeks of researching different brands, I came across Enchanted House Beds, a name I’d never heard before, and was impressed by their manufacturing process and the quality of materials they use. Reading others’ positive experiences and learning that each mattress is handmade by a single craftsman in Britain convinced me to give them a try. I tested a few models at the Evesham Mattress & Bed Store and ultimately chose the Dartmoor in a firm tension. It’s honestly heavenly to sleep on. Before, I’d wake up every morning feeling stiff and groggy, but now, my sleep quality has improved so dramatically I’m practically becoming a morning person! There’s real pride in knowing that this mattress was crafted with such care from start to finish. If you’re looking for top-notch comfort coupled with exceptional craftsmanship, Enchanted House Beds should be at the top of your list.

Like other reviewers, we tried Hypnos, Harrison Spinks, Vispring over and over again, feeling like there was something just not quite right about them. We came across Enchanted House Beds after hearing rave reviews from a local bed store, and on the first try, it was absolutely perfect - exactly what we had been looking for, for a long time, and without the big ticket cost of the high-end Visprings. Have had the new bed for 2 weeks now and so far, it is absolutely wonderful. Thank you Enchanted House for filling that huge void in the market and for making such sumptuous comfortable beds.

Thank You , Enchanted house for my beautiful bed which was made by Colin , I went to try beds at Rodgers in York initially thinking Vispring and i'm so pleased after lots of trying all beds we purchased yours. We were advised for a soft mattress . Wow !!! I have struggled to sleep for over 5 years and my only complaint is I don't want to get out of bed since purchasing Enchanted House !! Its beautifully handcrafted , comfy massive as its a superking and perfect Thank you also not to forget to mention guaranteed for 20 years LOVE LOVE LOVE our new bed

We bought an Enchanted House Bed after trying; Hypnos, Vispring, Tempur and other makes. We genuinely cannot praise this Bed enough, without question the best Bed we have ever slept in, anywhere. It comes with a 20 year, yes you read that right, guarantee and a care instructions card signed by the Person that created your bespoke Bed. Bought lovely Enchanted House mattress in spring 2019 from Julian Foye Wadebridge because it was a new product made just down the road in Devon. Wonderful experience but in 2021 it started to fail. Julian Foye suggested it might be because we had it on chipboard on vintage bedstead. I contacted Enchanted House by phone and they immediately said they would collect it, fix it and return it in one day - we live not far from the factory it turns out. First appointment had to be cancelled as Covid got in the way and then we went on a frolic. Enchanted House phoned us the day after we got back and booked a new date - today! the arrived on time, took the mattress away and returned it by 2pm as promised having done a complete overhaul. It seems springs supplied to Enchanted House in 2018-9 have failed from time to time. We were just unlucky. I think this is 5 star customer service for a lovely product. Absolutely no quibble and the bed is so comfy and doesn't make you too hot - no memory foam. Not anticipating buying another for a few years but with this level of service when I do need a new mattress, I'll be going to Enchanted House!
