Fantastic service. We’ve spent a fortune with Blinds By Post (every window in our home plus our office window blinds) all amazing quality blinds, easy to use and the few issues we did have, Sophie within customer services resolved promptly & with great a great attitude. Ordered 4x perfect fit wooden patio door blinds on the Friday and delivered the following Tuesday. Outstanding service! Absolutely seamless. Blinds are great quality too, if a tad fiddly (fixing sides to top and bottom, the plastic latch is very tight!). Order away…

I ordered the wrong size which was completely my fault but then Courtney and Sophie came to the rescue who helped me get the right size by me sending the order back and they amended the size and sent it back. Was wary about ordering blinds online for our bifold doors. Needn't have worried received excellent advice by phone and using chat service on website which pointed us in the right direction. Very pleased with our new stick fit system blinds.

This company have been awesome. I messed up my handle rebate measurement so the handle on my window didn’t open as it should have. Claire from customer services was amazing. Her communication was swift and we got it sorted. The company accepted my blind back and altered it so it was perfect. Claire sorted it all out with the team. She emailed me to double and triple check the measurements and kept me updated. I returned the blind, they altered it and I had it back within a week. I did have to pay the return shipping plus the alteration as it was my fault not theirs. I will definitely order again from them. I love the shutter blind.

I needed to contact Customer Services for help and guidance after receiving my new 'twist-fit' roller blind. I was very happy with the way Olivia was able to handle my queries and advise me how to get a good fit for the blind. Olivia spoke very clearly over the phone, listened very carefully, was patient and gave me all the information I needed. It is a very good quality blind, is easy to operate and keep clean and looks stunning but the decision to go back and purchase more blinds from BlindsbyPost has a great deal to do with the high professional standards of their Customer Services department.
