I've been working with Richard at Slade Design for a number of years now. He has always been professional, helpful and excellent at guiding me towards the goals I have in mind by way of both attractive and functional design. Recently, while in the middle of a big project (from my small business point of view) I fell seriously ill and was unable to work. Richard kindly put everything on hold until I was well enough to complete and never once hassled me. This may seem like basic decency to some but it doesn't always occur, particularly in business settings, and I was very grateful for his support through a difficult time. I have come out of it with a brilliant site despite everything and I am extremely thankful for everything that he and Slade Design have done to help me achieve this.
