Lovely and chatty staff, wide range of products for different consoles (Xbox and PlayStation) as well as PC and Nintendo Devices. Went to a midnight game launch and the staff were prompt and provided an easy experience. The staff were lovely too and happy to talk whilst waiting for the game as I arrived 10 minutes early. Did not push any sales onto me just recommendations. Perfect GAME experience.

Large stock, clean tidy shop, only one member of staff behind counter that I could see who was busy with other customers. She appeared excellently helpful but noone else to ask questions, on a Saturday, and the town was very busy yesterday.

The young gentleman who served me before Xmas was amazing, friendly, knew his stuff and was helpful. Will always go back to this branch. I wish I took his name .

Even if you come multiple times and don't buy anything, the staff still don't bother you unless you ask. And this is always, and is very nice 👍 💫 💫 💫 💫 💫 I think it deserves these five stars!!

I rang the number that was on the website and got charged £3.75. All I wanted to do was call my local store at the time. This is ridiculous that to get through to a store you have to call an 0843 number and charged so much

Was trying to ask for a replacement of tempered glass protector for switch but Manager on duty declined this, even with a receipt. It says on Guarantee details, take the defective product to any Game store along with proof of purchase. This protector is not bubble-free when skillfully applied onto screen.
