Scam company. Avoid. Sold me a completely different item to what was advertised on eBay. Trying to make me pay postage to return it. No way!!!! I ordered a childrens 6 string guitar, not a 4 string ukulele. If we all report them to eBay/amazon, they will have to remove them as sellers to prevent this happening again. How they have got away with this for so long is beyond me. Don't stand for it. Don't let them rip you off. Report Report Report.

Avoid at all costs! Ordered folding chairs from their Amazon shop listed as new. Turned up mouldy and rusted. They used delay tactics to try and make sure my products was returned outside of the return window. Gambled and made the return at my own cost. Amazon then refunded me the product and postage

Never replied to any of my 4 emails to request returning a damaged item. Now, stuck with faulty item and £36 out of pocket. Never use this company again. They just want your money and don't care about customer services or care.

I ordered a 400kg Dolly trolly which arrived promptly. There was a minor issue involving one of the non slip pads, I notified Unibos immediately and received quite a quick response. The matter was quickly resolved, I am both pleased with my purchase and the supplier (Unibos). If I had read some of the reviews for this company I would not have bought from them, I can only say that I have no issue with Unibos

Ordered a garden rake but rec’d a squeegee. OK, just a stock number error (it happens), so requested a refund. Asked to return item (at my expense) and provided with shipping & return labels, which I duly did. Advised full refund would be once item rec’d. Surprise surprise, no refund. Raised issue through Amazon - nothing (Amazon closed the issue). Raised it again, Amazon asked for proof of posting (provided), then told to return the item that I didn’t have to the seller and closed the issue. Tried contacting Unibos customer service - it does not exist, the links and email addresses are bogus. Raised it again with Amazon, rinse and repeat 🤯 Eventually got hold of an Amazon associate (Neha S.) who sorted it and refunded me in about 5 minutes. Moral of the story, check the reviews first. Also, any chance we can have a 0 star option? Sometimes it’s warranted.

Tried to purchase via Amazon .. not received. Shocking communication. Just a AI reply .. no items . No refund. No response.. awful company .. avoid these says it all in their very low ratings !!!

Ordered a small garden side table via Amazon from this company, it came packed. Last week I went to use it and took off the plastic packaging. It was broken. Can’t get it changed as over a month since order. They might offer cheap products but not of a good merchantable quality

Hi ordered 2 blades and the invoice was for 4 lots of blades. Tried to cancel my order. No reply from call and emails. Only good thing about this they came with in three days. Trying to get get money off for there mistake impossible
