I can't recommend Golf Support highly enough – an outstanding experience from start to finish! I was particularly impressed with the level of service I received from Jamie. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about making sure I found exactly what I needed, and he really went above and beyond. The range of products is excellent and the pricing is very competitive, and their in-house technology is excellent. It’s clear they’re invested in providing a modern, high-quality experience whether you're visiting in person or online. It's worth noting that the business has recently been taken over, so I would strongly encourage people to look at the most recent reviews – like this one – to get an accurate picture of what Golf Support is like today. Based on my experience, it’s clear they’re moving in a very positive direction. Five stars without hesitation!

Fantastic place for all your golfing needs. All the staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are the best around. There is a top of the range fitting facility to ensure that the clubs are suitable for you, you can also have the option to find out which golf ball is perfect for your game. Rich the store manager was fantastic due to the fitting I was able to gain an extra 30 yards on my existing irons. Needless to say I can’t wait for my new TaylorMade irons!! I won’t shop at any other place. They also offer shopping online 👍👍👍

Terrible company. Placed an order which was in stock so expected it the next day as they clearly state as long as you get you're order in before 4pm it will arrive next working day so I placed it in the morning so they had loads of time to dispatch. I did an order in the middle of the week so no excuses over weekend etc.Never heard nothing after so rang the next day for an update and they told me that I won't be receiving it and no guarantee I would be getting it the day after either as the the person in charge was on annual leave. 1st time ordering from this company and won't be returning.

I had ordered a club which was under the stock items, I rang them back up and they advised it's a custom item. I told them I can't wait for the custom item lead time so to issue me a refund. They advised it'll be a 2-3 day lead time for my refund to be back with me. It have now been 7 days and every time I've rang up chasing for my refund I'm being told it'll be sorted with a manager and processed with email confirmation. I've still had no refund, No email confirmation and will have to call them again tomorrow to chase my refund. If your after golfing equipment I'd strong recommend ordering from a company that won't provide awful customer service. Please stay away from these guys

Really poor experience. Ordered for next day delivery, order didn’t show up. Tried calling all day no answer. Emailed them and was informed “the product is out of stock” even though they took payment. Asked for a refund which Richard said he would process. Waited 14 days - still no refund. Called again and asked when it would be processed, the lady on the phone done it there and then and money went straight into the account. Just tried to pull a fast one it seems. Terrible company as far as I can see. Avoid completely

Shocking service and stock management. Ordered an item with a discount code 2 weeks ago that, according to their website, was in stock. After my money was taken and i tried to arrange collection i was told that theres been a problem and the item wasn’t in stock. After numerous emails and phone calls ( half of which i could not get a response) i was told it was a manufacturer backlog problem and can’t guarantee when im will get my item. And now i have the choice to wait for an unknown amount of time or cancel my order. So i wont be able to use the discount code again (seems pointless offering it) also this item is in stock at numerous other companies. Not happy at all customer service is a disgrace!

Dreadful service!! Can't get hold of them to sort out the problem. I placed an order in time for my nephew’s birthday on 29th June. Received the wrong size coat and gave it to him without checking, I ordered age 13-14 and received age 7-8. He was obviously disappointed so I contacted golf support to send the correct size out.They told me to evidence this wrong size (which I though unnecessary, and received no real apology) and then asked for me to pay to return it and on receipt they would send the correct size! This is not good customer service. I phoned several times on Saturday 1st July when, according to their website they are open and eventually got through to someone who was very helpful and sent me a free post return address. I promptly returned the wrongly sent item, this was on Tuesday 4th July. I was told the correct item would also be sent immediately. I am still waiting 2 weeks later! I have tried to phone several times this morning to no avail, sent an e-mail earlier this week-no reply, and tried to chat on line- only message sent! Still trying to get hold of someone and still no jacket in sight! Will not be using again.

Very pleased with my online order. My item arrived quickly via DPD and I received a one hour delivery slot the day before. A nice touch with the option to round up your order amount to support Prostate Cancer UK too.
