Fantastic service, came here with a very complex problem about my pc, he explained exactly what his steps were for fixing the issue, and he also told me which parts I had to buy to test if it was the issue, I have no doubt he had the best interest of the customer in mind. He took great care making sure I was well informed on the current status and what the next steps were. He also put a cap on his hourly rate because he said it would’ve been way too high and felt it wouldn’t be fair to charge me the amount I technically owed. All in all great service, very knowledgeable and good at explaining things, highly recommended this shop for your computer needs

We recently used the computer shop in Tiverton, and the service was outstanding. We brought in my son’s self-built PC, which had malfunctioned after installing a new SD card. Glenn was excellent—honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He went above and beyond, spending additional hours diagnosing a tricky issue caused by a Windows 11 update, which had led to compatibility problems with the new SD card. Despite the extra time and effort, he didn’t charge us any more than initially quoted. The prices were very reasonable, lower than the shop we’ve used in Exeter before. What’s more, we were impressed with the level of care and reliability. Overall, we’re really pleased with the service. The prices were competitive, the work was excellent, the guy was trustworthy and professional. It’s refreshing to find someone honest and reliable. We highly recommend this shop to anyone needing computer repairs or parts and will be going back.

A few years ago Glen built a PC for me. It still runs flawlessly. Glen really knows his stuff, and nothing is too much trouble for him, whether repairing or upgrading hardware or configuring firmware and software. He is courteous and professional and his hourly rate is entirely reasonable given his experience. Highly recommended.

Glen is a lifeline in a small town – a tireless worker for sound computer performance. If you need a repair, he's instantly on the case; if you need a new computer, he'll find you something that'll do exactly what you want. One minor complaint: I don't think he charges as much as his expertise is worth.

Highly recommend! Diagnosed the problem with my laptop charger quickly while I waited, was efficient and thorough. Very knowledgeable. Much better than buying something online that's less reliable and less well sourced. Will use again.

Glenn has given me free advice and when asking about upgrading he never over sold and even offered to help out with selection of parts, the last few years has been really tough on decent people like Glenn, he is courteous, very experienced and an real sound chap. I'm concerned his business may be suffering to a close due to online stores selling bad deals for people who don't know what they are looking at. Best of luck Glenn I hope you recover from this madness going on right now with huge outlets crushing local businesses.
