Acquaint CRM

We started using Aquaint in May this year first loading all our properties and contacts and getting the feel of the software. Charlotte took the time to show us all the basics and we eventually "went live" 1st October. We encountered some teething problems which were easily sorted with the help of their excellent customer support team. We still have a long way to go but so far, we are very happy with Aquaint.

We've used Acquaint for several months now and have been impressed with both the usability/UX of the CRM itself, and the response time from the support team. As with any change of system there's a learning curve, but it has not been as steep as anticipated and the Bright Logic team have been quick to offer solutions to the majority of snags we've encountered thus far.

We came on board with Acquaint in February this year and have so far found it to be a great system, lots still to learn, but their customer support is excellent. We can always reach them by phone as opposed to our previous CRM provider with whom you had to raise a ticket and then wait for them to respond!
