Narked at 90 Ltd

Dealing with Narked and the wonderful people there is a demonstration of what excellence looks like in customer service. Their technical knowledge and abilities are unsurpassed. I had the privilege to call in recently and an urgent issue with my shearwater petrel 3 for the JJ was handled superbly with a custom surround added in. The gear I use is life support critical and I have no hesitation in recommending Narked without reservation. Unless of course you are the type of person that always knows better - then you may be in for a surprise, for sure the guys there definitely are on top of their game!

I've used Narked at 90 a few times and their customer service has been faultless. From initial contact through to final delivery is incredible. I recently has a fault with a Shearwater Transmitter and I emailed N@90 at 17.30 on the 24/06, received the return authorisation at 0755 on the 25/06 and a new unit was delivered and in my hand before noon on the 27th!!! I can't believe that they turned it around so quickly. Thank you to Niall and Beth on this occasion.

I’d like to extend sincere thank you to the Shearwater team. As a diving professional I needed to get 11 computers to Narked@90 to be serviced and returned to Cyprus in a 3 week period as not to disrupt my diving operations. Narked@90 took care of everything. Narkedat90 are superb, I wish service and sales from other companies were this good... Sent off faulty equipment and within a week have received it back repaired, with the communication on repair status being top notch... No stress at all, didn't even miss a dive! .

Amazing service from the team, from calling with an issue, sending it back and receiving the repaired part, was done smoothly and efficiently. I was under a time constraint and they made sure the repair was done in time for my departure.

They serviced my Shearwater Petrel and repaired my Teric (pressure sensor) and i'm perfectly happy with what they did. Fast service and great quality. My Petrel got a titanium cover update and basically looks like a new computer. The Teric works perfect after the repair. I can only recommend Narked at 90. Many thanks!

My Perdix developed a fault with a depth sensor. Top customer service from Narked at 90!! All emails responded within hours (sometimes minutes). Sent for repairs, and was pleasantly surprised that it was fixed quicker than promised. Dispatched back to me the very same day with next day delivery. Computer arrived well packaged. Thanks to the whole team!
