This company was excellent from start to finish. We hired them from a holistic project to convert a swimming pool building on our property into a disabled-friendly (yet aesthetically beautiful) annexe abode! The team, led by Tim and Ben, were professional, communicative and their work is of a spec higher than we had originally imagined. They really worked with us to stay within budget, whilst avoiding cutting corners. We are so pleased with their work and would use them for any future projects and would recommend using this company to anyone needing any work doing. Thanks again guys.

Creative Design and Build SW, led by Ben and Tim, carried out a number of projects for us over a 10 month period in 2024. These included replacing the rear roof, replacing the roof over a bay window, replacing guttering, rebuilding a covered area to the side of the house, relaying a patio and remodelling a shower room. By far the biggest project was the demolition of an 1890 structure and building a light airy and warm structure comprising of a large dining/ garden room, utility area and toilet. Gibson Architecture created the design within permitted development rights and obtained a certificate of lawful development. PR Structures prepared the engineering calculations. Creative Design and Build project managed and undertook the vast majority of the build bringing in specialist contractors where needed - electrics, plumbing and kitchen fitting. The work has been undertaken to a very high standard and we are very pleased with the outcomes. It has been a pleasure working with them and we are very happy to recommend them. They will be working for us again in 2025.
